Course Description

Have you been thinking about learning Reiki? Are you interested in becoming an energy healer? I am offering a special, intimate level 1 Reiki class for 4 people. This is your opportunity to become initiated into Reiki in an inclusive and individual-focused class. 

This Reiki class is different than most. I bring 6 different traditions into one Reiki path. You will learn the how’s, where’s, what’s, and why’s of Reiki energy and together we will build a strong foundation for your practice. You will also learn Reiki symbols. I will attune you to the Reiki energy which is your initiation into the Reiki collective. I will teach you how to administer a Reiki treatment to someone, as well as to yourself. You will learn hands-on how to provide a full-body Reiki treatment. You will leave this class a confident energy healer with a new-found Reiki family!

My goal is to provide a fun and respectful learning experience. Honouring of each person and their energetic boundaries is enforced to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

*Please Note:* This class can be intense and energetically detoxifying for some people. It is highly recommended that you refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, drugs, negativity, sugar, and processed foods three days prior to class. It is also important to come to class well hydrated.
